In a crowded market, we worked to find a way to distinguish the Central Bancorp brand through telling the company's story through its many high-profile clients providing a testimonial on their experience. This campaign and approach was so successful, it ran for several years and was copied by the holding company's competitors.

CCBANK LUNCHBOX CAMPAIGN

Through a partnership with a local nonprofit, we launched a summer campaign to gather donations for children in Utah Valley to receive breakfast and lunch while out of school. In just a few days, the campaign raised over $11,000 through marketing to clients and partners.

BUILDING A CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS PLAN FOR THE DIOCESE OF LAS CRUCES

In the midst of several lawsuits, a criminal investigation involving a well-known priest, and the revelation of a ‘Crying Statue of Mary’ in one of its parishes, the Diocese of Las Cruces hired us to implement a public relations program for the diocese, including ongoing training for the bishop and chancery staff. As part of our efforts, we wrote a crisis communications plan for the diocese, built relationships with regional and local media, trained the bishop and chancellor on responding to media requests and interviewing, and working to control messaging with the diocese’s own news and information. As a result, the diocese gained a reputation with the media and public as being transparent and ethical–while also working to heal victims of sexual abuse.
